About the role
As a key member of the Product Development team at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management and delivery of projects related to your assigned commodity within the tractor industry. This role demands meticulous planning, coordination, and execution to ensure project milestones are achieved with the highest quality standards and within budget.
What you'll do
- Project Coordination and Management: Oversee all stages of project life cycle including technical signoff, quote synthesis, relevance check
- Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) Management: Drive initiatives that uphold material cost targets, budget adherence, and superior quality of tractor components
- Process Compliance: Rigorous application and monitoring of MPDS gateways and ensuring PPAP/PSW compliance are accurately executed by delivery teams
- Collaborate closely with Centres of Excellence (COEs) to maintain adherence to organizational and regulatory standards
- Capacity and Volume Forecasting: Coordinate with design and manufacturing teams to validate that part capacities align with projected demands
