About the role
To oversee and manage Sheet metal shop with core knowledge on stretch forming & Forming operations, ensuring efficient production, adherence to quality standards, and timely delivery of components while maintaining safety and productivity.
What you'll do
- Allocate jobs to machines and operators based on production schedules
- Monitor performance and ensure optimal utilization
- Implement in-process inspection and coordinate with the quality team
- Address non-conformance and initiate corrective actions
- Knowledge on AS9001 D requirements
