About the role
In depth understanding of DAC system, i.e. Wheels & tires, wheel bearings, brake system, steering function. Trims system related concern analysis & resolution as per the 8D methodology. Preparation of time plan for development or problem analysis activity. Supporting project heads/COE team for implementation of ICA and PCA of critical issues.
What you'll do
- Supporting project heads/COE team for implementation of ICA and PCA of critical issues
- Prepare lesson learnt and identify the improvement in existing design guideline or process or test methods to avoid the recurrence of concern
- Conduct design review and DFMEA of parts/system
- Interact with vendors for proprietary parts component level validation and vehicle level validation and process verification
