About the role
Define and drive end-to-end validation strategy for ADAS features (AEB, ACC, LKA, Parking Assist, etc.) Lead validation activities across MIL, SIL, HIL, VIL, and Vehicle Testing Ensure compliance with ISO 26262, SOTIF (ISO 21448), NCAP, and regulatory requirements Own validation planning, execution tracking, and defect management aligned to program timelines
What you'll do
- Define and drive end-to-end validation strategy for ADAS features (AEB, ACC, LKA, Parking Assist, etc.)
- Lead validation activities across MIL, SIL, HIL, VIL, and Vehicle Testing
- Ensure compliance with ISO 26262, SOTIF (ISO 21448), NCAP, and regulatory requirements
- Own validation planning, execution tracking, and defect management aligned to program timelines
- Establish and monitor KPIs: validation coverage, defect leakage, test efficiency
