About the role
Lead complete design & development of Fuel System (Diesel/CNG/LNG/ H2ICE) and Exhaust After-treatment Systems throughout the product development lifecycle for LCV, ICV, HCV, MCV & Bus platforms. Define and deploy system-level targets for performance, fuel efficiency, emissions compliance, durability, reliability, weight and cost.
What you'll do
- Lead complete design & development of Fuel System (Diesel/CNG/LNG/ H2ICE) and Exhaust After-treatment Systems throughout the product development lifecycle for LCV, ICV
- Define and deploy system-level targets for performance, fuel efficiency, emissions compliance, durability, reliability, weight and cost
- Lead design and development of fuel tanks, fuel lines, fuel delivery modules, DEF/AdBlue systems, SCR, DOC, DPF, Exhaust pipes, Mufflers and associated mounting systems
- Ensure compliance with BS-VI/Emission regulations, safety requirements, packaging constraints and vehicle performance targets
- Drive optimization of fuel system and exhaust layouts for manufacturability, serviceability and vehicle integration
