About the role
Lead process planning and industrialization for new models, variants, ECNs, and Paint Shop capacity enhancement projects Manage end-to-end Paint Shop projects including facility planning, layout development, CAPEX budgeting, procurement, installation, and commissioning Drive project execution by coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery within cost and quality targets
What you'll do
- Lead process planning and industrialization for new models, variants, ECNs, and Paint Shop capacity enhancement projects
- Manage end-to-end Paint Shop projects including facility planning, layout development, CAPEX budgeting, procurement, installation, and commissioning
- Drive project execution by coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery within cost and quality targets
- Optimize Pretreatment, CED, Sealer, Primer, Base Coat, and Top Coat processes to improve quality, productivity, and process stability
- Lead paint quality improvement initiatives through root cause analysis, defect elimination, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions
