About the role
To Develop Right Quality Plastics Tooling and Plastic Parts. To be competent to work with Design, Engineering, SSU, CDMM, Tier one and Toolmakers. To be able to select Tool rooms to enable create a Basket with Whom M and M can work. To do Mold Manufacturing Feasibility of all Plastic parts in scope. To Work on Injection Molds should be costing to give target Prices to SSU/CDMM.
What you'll do
- Develop Right Quality Plastics Tooling and Plastic Parts
- Work on Injection Molds should be costing to give target Prices to SSU/CDMM
- Make Mold specification sheets for all plastic parts
- Attend Mold Trials Before Texturing and ensure Mold and Part Qualify the Final Product requirements
- Assess if any Part Design changes are required for improving Part and Tool Quality
