To enable accurate reporting, effective communication, and strong collaboration with ISP valuators and internal teams. To drive quality assurance, minimize escalations, and continuously improve inspection processes for enhanced client satisfaction.
What you'll do

- Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for clients and state teams for all inspection-related activities
- Schedule, coordinate, and manage inspections with clients and Inspection Service Providers (ISPs)
