About the role
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including quality control, production, engineering, and R&D, to ensure smooth production flow and the successful integration of new technologies. Maintain up-to-date documentation of the department. Prefer the knowledge and experience of Foundry Industries. Preference will be given for experience of basic knowledge of PLC and Automation.
What you'll do
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve machine-related issues and breakdowns in a timely manner, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Identify and implement machine improvements to increase production efficiency, reduce scrap rates, minimize waste, and lower costs, optimize the head counts
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including quality control, production, engineering, and R&D
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of the department
