About the role
Greet and receive customers in a welcoming manner and engage with them to understand their requirements. Cater to customer requirements as per their need, by showcasing products to make the sale by influencing customer’s buying decision. Learn & understand the sales procedures and acquire product knowledge.
What you'll do
- Ensure on the job training in various sections like packing, purchase, cash, Order Repair, sub brands, diamond, silver, scheme, marketing, customer relation etc
- Demonstrate high levels of integrity and honesty at all times, establishing a culture of both personal and organizational trust
- Understand the queries and complaints from the customer and escalate to the Superiors
- Adhere to the standard operating procedures in the store
- Continuously strive for self-development by actively seeking opportunities for growth
