About the role
*Collaborate with Head – Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to execute life cycle recruiting plans, use passive and active recruiting techniques and a broad variety of sources for developing a ready candidate pipeline to fill in critical needs. *Understand the manpower requirements and post job openings on internal job portal as well as external job portals.
What you'll do
- Conduct recruitment related activities including preliminary screening, interviewing, and facilitate hiring of appropriate talent to meet business demands
- Ensure timely communication to the candidates on interview feedback
- Ensure proper background verification of new hires as per organizational guidelines
- Ensure that all activities are carried out as per the Standard Operating Procedures in the section
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports as required within specified time period
