About the role
The GM – Sales & Marketing (Transformer) will lead the overall sales, marketing, and business development strategy for the transformer business, driving sustainable revenue growth, market expansion, and long-term customer relationships across utility, EPC, industrial, and export segments.
What you'll do
- Define and execute the sales and marketing strategy aligned with organizational growth objectives for the transformer business
- Develop annual sales plans, budgets, targets, and forecasts and ensure achievement through structured execution
- Identify and develop new markets, customer segments, and geographies to expand transformer sales
