About the role
The Shift Supervisor – Quality is responsible for overseeing and managing all quality-related activities during the assigned shift in the CRGO division. This role ensures that products and processes consistently meet quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements. The position supports continuous improvement efforts, strict adherence to quality procedures, and efficient coordination with production and maintenance teams.
What you'll do
- Shift Operations & Quality Control
- Monitor quality parameters during the shift and ensure adherence to established standards
- Conduct in-process inspections, testing, and sampling as per SOPs
- Ensure timely identification of quality issues and initiate immediate corrective actions
- Maintain quality records, shift reports, checklists, and documentation
