What you'll do

• Follow-up with customers or project management team for remittance details for clearing unapplied cash
• Follow-up with customers for short payments
• Update unapplied payments, short payment, credit memo in the tracker every day
• Update sales log whenever a credit memo/invoice to set off credit memo is processed
