Supports Quality function through issue containment. Coordinates sort/rework product to minimize impact on customer. Gathers accurate and complete information for product failures. Communicates to Quality team through established processes. Register & validates warranty status and facilitate warranty returns and replacements or credit note.
What you'll do
- Processing and coordinating for spare movement required for warranty repairs
- Receiving of spare orders, contract review, SO generation, spares arrangement & allocation, co ordination for packing & dispatch
- Receive, Register, Analyze, contain and resolves customer issues adhering to company warranty policies
