About the role
Develop and implement long‑term and short‑term maintenance strategies to maximize machine uptime and availability. Prepare annual maintenance budgets (Capex & Opex) and track adherence. Establish predictive, preventive, and shutdown maintenance plans. Evaluate and upgrade existing maintenance systems, tools, and processes.
