What you'll do
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and treatments for seafarers
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management and psychotherapy
- Collaborate with a team of psychologists to ensure holistic patient care
- Provide crisis intervention and emergency psychiatric services as needed
- Conduct follow-up appointments to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
