What you'll do

• Drive end-to-end software development and deployment for MRFMS, ensuring uptime, safety, and performance at scale
• Stay ahead of robotics, IoT, AI/ML, ROS2, cloud orchestration, and digital twin trends, embedding these into product evolution
• Own and define the architecture strategy for multi-robot coordination, traffic control, routing, and interoperability
• Provide hands-on technical leadership while mentoring teams on robotics algorithms, edge/cloud integration, and system resilience
• Establish and enforce development standards, cybersecurity protocols, and testing frameworks
