About the role
Act as the single point of contact between the client and company for successful project implementation and delivery. Gather requirements from client operations and IT teams, document them, validate them, and establish the project scope before implementation. Develop and maintain detailed project plans covering milestones, dependencies, resources, and delivery timelines .

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans covering milestones, dependencies, resources, and delivery timelines
- Manage regular client communication, including weekly status reviews, project updates, escalation responses, and executive-level communication
- Coordinate with Df-OS delivery partners for product configuration according to client requirements and ensure quality and timelines are maintained
- Conduct solution demonstrations at key project milestones and obtain formal client sign-off at project closure
