We are looking for an experienced recruiter with a strong background in hiring for the logistics industry. The role involves end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions across Pan India locations.
What you'll do
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for logistics roles across multiple locations in India
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely closures
- Build talent pipeline for roles in Sales, Operations, Warehouse, Transport, Supply Chain, and Last Mile Delivery
