About the role

Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors, etc. Check with captain or supervisor before leaving at end of shift. Remove soiled wares from bar top and tables. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests’ service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.

What you'll do

• Set up, stock, and maintain work areas
• Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies
• Maintain cleanliness and condition of work areas, bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools, following all set-up guidelines
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, and support team to reach common goals
