- Assisting lawyers and the development team in drafting, editing and proofreading agreements for management and franchise deals, amendments to agreements
- Supporting the execution of agreements including arranging for approvals and signing
- Preparing and filing closing documentation and contract summaries
- Tracking of legal documents and maintaining legal databases
- Approximately 20 to 30% of time will be spent on general administrative tasks such as filing and printing
