About the role
Promote, sell, and answer questions about spa/salon services. Check computer for updates and changes to schedule and inform providers of last-minute changes. Complete requisitions, stock, organize, and dispense products and supplies. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation.
What you'll do
- Advise employees on in-house groups, policy changes, or other pertinent information
- Ensure consistency in services provided across providers
- Provide massage services to guests using props and/or products
- Ensure guest comfort and safety throughout service
- Maintain cleanliness of tools, workstation, and/or treatment room throughout shift, and secure supplies and equipment at the end of each shift
