About the role
We are seeking a talented individual to join our India Digital team at Marsh Business and Client Services function. This role will be based in Mumbai while requiring traveling across cities for client and internal meetings. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
What you'll do
- Work closely with our brokers and client teams for driving better Client outcomes and greater efficiency through deployment of digital technology
- Collaborate with relevant business stakeholders to understand their focus areas and client needs
- Build compelling marketing propositions and plans that helps drive adoption of digital solutions
- Work closely with the cross functional teams to leverage all aspects of digital agenda to enable enhanced client / prospect engagement
- Drive internal digital and AI initiatives targeted towards colleague adoption of digital and AI tools
