About the role
We are seeking a talented individual to join our India Digital team at Marsh Business and Client Services function. This role will be based in Mumbai while requiring traveling across cities for client and internal meetings. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
What you'll do
- Work closely with our brokers and client teams for driving better Client outcomes and greater efficiency through deployment of digital technology
- Build compelling marketing propositions and plans that helps drive adoption of digital solutions
- Drive internal digital and AI initiatives targeted towards colleague adoption of digital and AI tools
- Monitor and communicate progress against digital goals at both client and campaign levels
- Responsible for supporting the business in creating and updating digital value propositions and product and solutions collateral
