About the role
What can you expect? The Manager – Talent & Learning (Service Delivery) is responsible for supporting the administration and management of learning processes within Marsh’s Global Learning Operations. This position involves coordinating and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective learning delivery while managing learning programs and systems.
What you'll do
- Design & Development Team Members – collaboration and sharing best practice
- Build effective communication channels with all parties involved in learning initiatives
- Manage end-to-end project management of learning and development processes, including program delivery and learning activities management
- Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure efficient operation, user engagement, and reporting
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to learning activities, assessments, and program effectiveness
