About the role
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Technology team at Mercer. This role will be based in Gurugram. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. Principal Engineer – Applications Development We’re seeking a Principal Engineer who is ready to work with new technologies and architectures in a forward-thinking organization that’s always pushing boundaries.
What you'll do
- Write and review clean, well-thought-out code with an emphasis on quality, performance, simplicity, durability, scalability, and maintainability
- Performing data analysis to identify opportunities to optimize services
- Leading discussions for the architecture of products/solutions, refine code plans
- Working on research and development in cutting edge accelerations and optimizations
- Mentoring junior team members in their growth and development
