About the role
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Mumbai -Times square team at Marsh India Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. Support the operations excellence program for helping redesign and reengineer processes, identifying automation opportunities, and improving efficiency while maintaining appropriate controls.
What you'll do
- Support the operations excellence program for helping redesign and reengineer processes, identifying automation opportunities
- Prepare project plans, timelines, trackers, and status updates
- Monitor project progress and highlight key milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items
- Create impactful presentations and dashboards for leadership reviews and governance meetings
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure smooth project execution
