About the role
We are seeking experienced and highly motivated candidates to further strengthen our legal and regulatory adherence while driving a culture of compliance across the organization inline with Ethics and Integrity principles of the Company. For DM role, you are expected to have extensive hands-on experience in compliance management and a strong legal background for manufacturing industry related compliances.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the company (such as Production, Marketing & Sales, HR, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain
- Contribute to identification and mitigation of potential compliance risks
- Identify and resolve stakeholder issues swiftly without compromising compliance
- Oversee and improve the compliance management tools and systems
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and assess their impact on the company’s operations
