Brake & Suspension CAE Analyst: Chassis system simulation at Maruti Suzuki India. Prepare finite element models of Vehicle Chassis (Brake, Suspension & Steering) components and subsystems.
What you'll do
- Prepare finite element models of Vehicle Chassis (Brake, Suspension & Steering) components and subsystems
- Apply basic loading and boundary conditions for structural, thermal and modal analysis of chassis parts especially brakes
- Carry CAE Analysis and establish correlation of results with actual tests
- Result interpretation and detailed analysis report preparation
- Efficient execution of CAE activities for model development, Value Enhancement, Quality resolution projects at different product development stages
