CAE Engineer / Analyst - EMC, EMI CAE at Maruti Suzuki India. § Prepare CAE models using HYPERMESH/ANSA – Mesh discretization, Assembly, Constraints & Loads – for Automotive Sub-systems & Vehicles.
What you'll do
- § Prepare CAE models using HYPERMESH/ANSA – Mesh discretization, Assembly, Constraints & Loads – for Automotive Sub-systems & Vehicles
- § System & Full vehicle simulation for EMC / EMI performance using EMCoS Studio and EMCoS SimDAT softwares
- § Conduct 3D electromagnetic field simulation for a wide range of applications including RF/Microwave design, optics and photonics
- § Interpretation of results, comprehend failure modes and provide directions for design countermeasures (Hardware / Software) by performing parameter studies on CAE model
- § Report preparation and communication with stakeholders – design, testing – for implementation of countermeasures
