About the role
Conditional Monitoring Process at Maruti Suzuki India. Basic knowledge of predictive maintenance and routine vibration analysis of equipment such as pumps, blowers, fans, compressors, and CNC spindles.
What you'll do
- Perform thermography inspections on electrical equipment and motors and analyse to detect abnormalities
- Generate oil and grease test report, interpretation and analysis for hydraulic systems, robot and gearboxes
- Maintain condition monitoring data, equipment health records, and maintenance notifications in SAP HANA
- Review and optimize alarm limits and baseline data in condition monitoring software
- Detect, analyse, and report early equipment faults to avoid breakdowns and downtime
