About the role
5-7 years of work experience in patent searching, drafting and prosecution (preferably in vehicle technology) Expertise in drafting patent applications and handling examination reports of Indian Patent Office Domain expertise in vehicle technology like engines, transmission, emission system, interiors, vehicle body, brakes, suspension, etc.
What you'll do
- Educate and motivate engineers on IP creation and protection
- Conduct ideation workshops and collaborate on new idea generation/submission
- Perform patent studies on patentability, FTO, Invalidation, State of art and infringement across vehicular technologies
- Draft/review patent application and response to examination reports for filing with Indian Patent Office
