About the role
The Deputy Manager (Feedstock Procurement & Supply) will be a critical member of the team responsible for ensuring a consistent, cost-effective, and sustainable supply of diverse feedstock materials for Compressed Biogas (CBG) plants, with a primary focus on the North India region.
What you'll do
- Conduct in-depth assessments and feasibility studies to identify and evaluate the availability, quantity, quality
- Develop and execute strategies for identifying, contacting, and onboarding a robust network of feedstock aggregators, farmers
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with feedstock suppliers and aggregators, fostering trust and ensuring reliable supply channels
- Lead negotiations on feedstock procurement costs, terms, and conditions to secure competitive pricing and favorable supply agreements
- Develop and manage procurement contracts, ensuring adherence to legal, regulatory, and company standards
