- Takes care of business development, expansion strategy and land / property acquisition as per MSIL’s requirement
- Strong adherence to SOPs/ defined Process with strong ethical behavior
- Development / support in process strengthening / control measures (SOP’s/Process) and ensuring their implementation
- Verifying valuation reports of properties done through various IPC and generating insights for business decisions
