What you'll do
- Training people for use of Machines, equipment and process knowledge
- Identifying areas of quality improvement and taking steps to correct & prevent the occurrence
- Effective Manpower handling through control of absenteeism & grievances
- Plan and execute FMEA (Failure mode effect analysis) to minimize quality defects and ensure do it right the first-time approach
- Assisting production line in-charge in various activities in shifts as a team member
