- Program management of advanced and vehicle development projects involving HEV, PHEV/REEV powertrains, covering calibration, evaluation, pre-homologation activities
- Development and optimization of vehicle-level control strategies for HEV, PHEV/REEV systems, encompassing engine controls, HCU controls, motor integration
- Coordination and collaboration with internal cross-functional teams, EMS/HCU partners, and technology suppliers; monitoring project execution, tracking key milestones
- Continuous monitoring and analysis of future powertrain technology trends, regulatory developments, industry standards
