JD for Maintenance Shift Incharge (Assembly Shop)
What you'll do
- Supervise all maintenance activities during the assigned shift
- Ensure quick resolution of equipment breakdowns with minimal downtime
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to align maintenance work with production schedules
- Execute planned preventive maintenance (PM) as per schedule for all assembly shop equipment (e.g. conveyors, tightening tools, robots, fixtures, sensors)
- Monitor equipment health using predictive maintenance tools (vibration, thermal, etc.)
