- Ensure smooth shift handover with proper communication of pending issues and work done
- Attend daily production-maintenance coordination meetings and align maintenance activities accordingly
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
- Coordinate with production to minimize downtime and maintain takt time
