What you'll do
- Independently manage maintenance of critical CNC machines, die shop equipment, utilities, and material handling systems to ensure maximum uptime and quality
- Lead complex troubleshooting of Fanuc CNC systems , servo drives, spindles, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical/control issues
- Perform and oversee precision CNC machine calibration, alignment, and accuracy improvement activities
- Execute preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance for machines as well as utilities
- Ensure reliable operation of plant electrical infrastructure, including BT/LT panels, MCCs, control panels, and power distribution networks
