MGR / SMGR Engineering - CBG Plants

About the role

The Manager/Senior Manager (Engineering) will be a pivotal leader responsible for the complete engineering lifecycle of Compressed Biogas (CBG) plants, from conceptual design and detailed engineering to successful erection and commissioning. This role demands a strong technical background, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to manage complex engineering projects, ensure compliance with all standards, and drive efficient project delivery.

What you'll do

• Design & Documentation Oversight: Lead and oversee the review, approval, and management of all engineering drawings, process flow diagrams (PFDs)
• Ensure designs are optimized for efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness
• Equipment Specification & Procurement Support: Be responsible for the comprehensive listing of all required equipment, machinery, and components for CBG plants
• Develop detailed technical specifications, data sheets, and performance criteria for each item, supporting the procurement team in vendor evaluation and selection
• Detailed Project Report (DPR) Preparation: Lead the engineering inputs for the preparation of Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), including technical feasibility
