About the role
The Manager / Senior Manager (Mechanical Site Head) will be responsible for leading all mechanical engineering activities associated with the development, execution, commissioning, and performance optimization of Compressed Biogas (CBG) plants.
What you'll do
- Mechanical Engineering & Design Management: Lead review and approval of mechanical engineering deliverables including equipment layouts, GA drawings, piping layouts
- Equipment Selection & Technical Procurement Support: Lead equipment sizing, selection, technical evaluation, inspection
- EPC Contractor Management & Site Execution: Manage and coordinate EPC/T-EPC contractors for mechanical scope execution. Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) to…
- Commissioning & Plant Start-Up: Lead mechanical pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, performance testing, and plant stabilization activities
- 6.Operations, Maintenance & Performance Optimization: Lead the regular operation and maintenance of CBG plant, conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures
