- Develop short-term and long-term manpower plans based on business requirements
- Conduct manpower gap analysis and recommend hiring, redeployment, or outsourcing strategies
- Monitor sanctioned manpower, vacancies, and manpower deployment across departments
- Coordinate manpower requisitions with recruitment teams, ensuring alignment with approved workforce plans and timely fulfilment of staffing requirements
- Understand & capture the training requirement of R&D
