About the role

This role will provide legal support and advice on a variety of employment, privacy, intellectual property, regulatory, and litigation matters. This role will perform legal research, draft legal documents, and serve as a trusted advisor to the business teams. You will work within a dynamic global Legal team and report to Senior Counsel, Marvell India.

What you'll do

• Provide legal support and advice on a variety of employment, privacy, intellectual property, regulatory, and litigation matters
• Perform legal research, draft legal documents, and serve as a trusted advisor to the business teams
• Assist with drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts and other legal documents
• Support negotiations by preparing research, first drafts, and issue lists
• Support litigation and claims, and negotiations of disputes
