About the role
We are looking for experienced Backend Software Engineers and Software Developers to contribute to specialised technical data annotation, code evaluation, and AI training projects. This role involves working with real-world software repositories, open-source projects, and existing codebases to analyse, evaluate, and annotate software engineering tasks.
What you'll do
- Issue & Task Analysis: Interpret Jira tickets, bug reports, feature requests, and development tasks to evaluate the corresponding code changes
- Documentation & Technical Reasoning: Provide structured explanations, technical annotations, and justifications for evaluation decisions
- Hands-on experience working with open-source software and existing codebases
- Experience using Jira or similar project/task management tools
- Minimum 2 hours of dedicated work per day
