Industry Mentor – Spoken English & Soft Skills (Tamil)

About the role

Masai, in partnership with a premier academic institute, is running a Spoken English & Soft Skills training program for non-native English speakers at a beginner to intermediate level. The program focuses on helping learners express themselves clearly, form correct sentences, and speak with confidence in everyday and professional situations.

What you'll do

• Conduct live online sessions using the assigned regional language as the primary medium of instruction
• Help learners build confidence, structure answers and communicate clearly, even with limited English proficiency
• Train learners to speak about themselves, their experiences, and their goals with clarity and flow
• Strengthen sentence formation, reduce hesitation and fillers, improve overall spoken clarity and resolve their doubts
• Facilitate practice activities and provide clear, actionable feedback focused on improvement and confidence
