Program Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Program Manager to coordinate between the IIT Jodhpur and Masai teams. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth program execution by managing day-to-day coordination, handling documentation, resolving stakeholder queries, and providing operational support.

What you'll do

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution
• Verify and manage student and program-related documentation
• Handle queries from students, faculty, and internal teams in a timely manner
• Support onboarding, program operations, and administrative activities
• Track program progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
