Accountable for aggregate plan, delivery, processes, and controls in support of IT facilities, IT administration to meet /exceed demands of the Bank’s business, internal – external customers, regulators. Effective management of all regulatory submissions and regulatory web portals like Daksh, E-Brc. In support of the Branch activities and to the end users provide secured physical facilities, its upkeep, general administration
What you'll do
- Implement tech roadmap for all IBG locations while working closely with various technology teams, business stakeholders and vendor partners
- Ensure seamless delivery of all regulatory, digitization and business augmentation, Technology related projects and initiatives at the Branch
- Own Technology delivery within agreed time and budgets
- Provide PC based software support to the India Branch Personnel ensuring timely service to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure that a maintenance agreement is in place for all computer hardware and software
