End to end management of incentive payouts for Retail Banking teams, along with Business Performance function, automation of incentive calculations and management reporting Formulate template for calculation of incentive and calculate incentives as per approved policies, ensuring timely and accurate payouts
What you'll do
- Lead and drive Automation of data sourcing and management of data obtained from Technology
- Enhance and Automate Business Performance and Incentive calculation process – which is currently managed in Excel
- Implement Internal Controls & Checks in automated calculation models to ensure correct payment & compliance with approved policy
- Ensure Exceptions are handled with proper approvals and log is maintained for audit record
- Business Performance analysis & Reports for Management Review
