About the role
Manage the queues daily/weekly/monthly target of cases closures of the team. Work on AML Transaction monitoring cases, investigate and analyze the alerts triggered in System as per the AML SOP within the stipulated TATs. Escalate the cases to Investigation Team as deemed necessary and/or as per the AML SOP within the stipulated TATs.
What you'll do
- Manage the queues daily/weekly/monthly target of cases closures of the team
- Work on AML Transaction monitoring cases, investigate and analyze the alerts triggered in System as per the AML SOP within the stipulated TATs
- Assist the AML Investigation Team by providing a complete quality analysis for the reviewed cases at the analysis stage
- Ensure zero tolerance in RCSA, QA and Internal Audit observations and timely response with proper documentation and reasoning
- Support the Top management/ MLRO / Delegate in Regulatory Relationship Management
